The Last Hour of Cosmetlogy!

I went back to school today at about 4 today, just to finish up the semester. We were mainly there to just clean up...of course that didn't take us that long. I asked Connie to just trim my hair and it look super cute, and watched a movie at the same time!

As the last ten minuets came we all started talking about how much were going to miss each other. My friend Brittany said, " You guys gotta stop your going to make me cry!"

I made the comparison that is was like a reality TV show and this was the finally... I thought it was funny!

Then we Connie started to say goodbye, the water works came. I was first (figures). Of course I will go back and keep Connie updated and have Aubree do my hair.

We gave each other hugs as we said goodbye and left the granite campus for good (for now at least).

It OVER!!!!

I'm finally done with the summer semester of Cosmetology! Those 8 week just flew on by....
We did our finals today

-Taper Haircut
-Style Haircut
-Face Shave
-4 Different Color applications
and for night
- 5 different pictures with hair and make-up done

It was very crazy at school. Teachers were yelling at the girl to be patient...and wanting us to make everything squeaky clean... Girls wanting to kill each other...it wasn't every fun.

We got done at about noon and they sent all the girls home...which was kinda pointless cause half of the girls have to come back for nights! that includes me!

I did find out the when i start at the Redwood Campus on the 20Th I'll only have about 237 hours left!

I haven't blogged in awhile so here it is...

In the past couple of weeks I've.....

-Turned 18
-Broke a bracket
-Went to School (did Sara, her little sister and her sisters friends hair for my portfolio)
-Have 8 pictures for my Cosmetology Portfolio
-Adorable niece was born
-Saw "Mamma Mia!" (Loved It)
-Went on Walks with my friends
-Made new friends at Cosmetology
-Got Acrylic Nails
-Got my Eyebrows Waxed
-Went to Cherry Hills
-Got yelled at by one of my instructors! lol
-Found out Heidi is havin a boy! YAY!

Las Vegas Hair Show!

I went to The Las Vegas Hair show with some people from school! It was super fun! We mainly went to learn about a new product we have been using called White Sands. We found out we were using it wrong! You can't use it on wet hair or your flat iron will turn pink!!! How funny is that?! lol. We did end up learning alot more than just the White Sand stuff. There was a bunch of stuff! like to much to mention!
